without revoking previous powers of attorney, do hereby grants to Roberto Antonio Miranda, Claudia Elsa Melina de Miranda, Maria Laura Melina and/or Miguel Miranda, of REPUBLICA ARGENTINA, a full and sufficient power of attorney to act jointly or separately, before the proper National Offices and Authorities for the issuance, maintenance, protection, and defense of patents, trade marks, trade names, corporate names, utility models, industrial models and designs, and copyright works.

To this end they shall be empowered to take all necessary steps before the said administrative or judicial authorities for the object stated, such as: file applications, make declarations, accept and record assignments, pay official fees, prove workings, request certified copies, receive documents, produce and submit evidence, enter appeals and objections, compromise, withdraw and collect. They shall further be empowered to take all such measures as they may deem fit for the protection of all our Industrial and Intellectual Property rights and interests, such as: institute or respond legal actions in any jurisdictions, counterclaim, acquiesce, attend hearings and/or mediations, place, oppose and answer interrogatories, impugn evidences, request attachments, file oppositions and withdraw them, and do all and whatsoever shall be necessary before any judicial or administrative authorities for the purposes herein above stated, being the preceding list of faculties not restrictive in any manner but merely enunciative, with power also to appoint a substitute hereunder and revoke such substitution, within Argentina and

Miranda, Claudia Elsa Melina de Miranda, María Laura Melina y/o Miguel Miranda, de la REPUBLICA ARGENTINA, poder amplio y suficiente para que en forma conjunta o separadamente, le(s) representen ante las oficinas y autoridades nacionales que corresponda para la concesion, mantenimiento, protección y defensa de patentes, marcas, designaciones, nombres comerciales y/o sociales, modelos de utilidad, modelos y diseños industriales y derechos de autor.

Con este objeto los faculta(n) para efectuar ante dichas autoridades todas las gestiones administrativas o actuaciones judiciales necesarias con el objeto indicado, tales como: presentar solicitudes, hacer declaraciones, aceptar y registrar transferencias, pagar aranceles, justificar explotaciones, solicitar copias autorizadas, recibir documentos, producir y aportar pruebas, deducir apelaciones y reclamos, transigir, desistir y percibir. Asimismo los faculta(n) para tomar las medidas que crean conducentes para el resguardo de sus intereses y derechos de Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual, tales como entablar o contestar acciones legales en cualquier jurisdicción, reconvenir, allanarse, asistir a audiencias y/o mediaciones, poner, oponer y absolver posiciones, impugnar pruebas, pedir embargos, deducir oposiciones y retirarlas y hacer cuanto fuere necesario ante cualesquiera autoridades administrativas o judiciales a los efectos arriba indicados, sin que la enunciación efectuada sea restrictiva o limitativa sino meramente enunciativa, dándoles también facultad para substituir el presente poder y revocar tal substitución, dentro de la República Argentina y
