The quarantine, in effect from March 20th, has been extended until July 17th. In addition, the Supreme Court of Justice has decreed a judicial recess until that date.
On the other hand, the National Institute of Industrial Property (ARPTO) extended the suspension of all deadlines that were in effect as of March 12th until July 17th, 2020. The ARPTO will have its online filing system open and active for any filings.
